Your Right to Deletion

SteveDev Digital Services (RC 9284055) respects your right to have your personal data deleted. If you have interacted with us through our website, WhatsApp Business channel, or any Facebook-connected app, you can request that we delete the data we hold about you.

What Data We May Hold

• Your name, phone number, and email address if you contacted us via our contact form or WhatsApp.
• Message history from WhatsApp or other communication channels used to manage your enquiry or project.
• Any information you voluntarily provided during a service engagement.

We do not collect data through advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or third-party profiling tools.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to:

Please include the following in your email:

• Your full name.
• The phone number or email address you used to contact us.
• A brief description of the interaction (e.g. "I messaged via WhatsApp in May 2026").

What Happens Next

• We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
• We will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days of receiving your request.
• We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
• Note: we may retain minimal records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. proof of a completed transaction), but only for as long as legally necessary.

Facebook / WhatsApp App Users

If you connected with us through a Facebook or WhatsApp-integrated app and wish to remove your data, you can also manage your app permissions directly via Facebook:

• Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
• Find and remove the app connected to SteveDev Digital Services / SDDS Communications Platform.
• Then send us a deletion request at the email above so we can remove any data stored on our end.
